job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist in the administration, monitoring, and support of enterprise infrastructure systems across data center, cloud, and end-user environments. Support IT initiatives such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts. Provide tier-2 / 3 escalation support for help desk and operations teams. Collaborate with senior engineers on projects to improve performance, reliability, and security of IT services. Participate in routine maintenance, patching, backups, and disaster recovery testing. Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Work with vendors and internal teams to evaluate and implement new technologies, including voice and collaboration systems. Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring, automation, and standard operating procedures. 2–5 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or related roles. Strong PowerShell scripting ability. Working knowledge of server, storage, networking, and virtualization concepts. Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern collaboration tools, and enterprise backup solutions. Experience supporting end-user computing environments and virtual desktop infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. A growth mindset with interest in learning new technologies and platforms. Strong PowerShell scripting ability. Exposure to enterprise voice or phone system migrations. Familiarity with identity and access management concepts. Basic scripting or automation experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, networking, virtualization, or security) are a plus.

The ideal candidate has a foundation in systems administration and networking, with a desire to grow into a more senior engineering role.
