Validate claims data in UAT systems. Track and retest defects; ensure resolution. Document test results for seamless transition to production. Maintain clear communication across claims and support teams. Experience in claims or data processing / testing. Knowledge of claims adjudication, billing, and reporting systems. Proficiency in spreadsheets and PC applications. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work across departments effectively.
