Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to Bento standards of quality, consistency, portion and timelinessUphold superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfactionDepartment cost control, inventory ordering and controllingUpkeep proper sanitation and safety proceduresUse critical thinking during unforeseen circumstancesAssist with the hiring process, training and development of all employeesOversee creation of effective employee schedules that maintain coverage at peak times and minimize labor costsKnowledgeable in all departments with the ability to perform essential tasks and assist in any position when necessary or requiredSupport the Store Manager, including maintaining set budgets, reaching sales and quality goalsMaintain a positive work environmentWHO WE ARE :

REQUIREMENTS :
2+ years as a kitchen manager in quick service restaurantsWok / Pan-Asian cuisine experience preferredComputer proficiency : able to correspond effectively via email and text, and perform data inputExperience with Google Suite is preferred, but similar experience will be consideredCommitment to continuous learning and growthAble to remain calm and communicate effectively during stressful situationsAble to hear, see and speakMaintain a clean and professional appearanceAble to withstand a 12+ hour workdayAble to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
