Key Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and maintain Microsoft technologies and provide technical support to end users

Serve as the technology vendor liaison and manage project timelines for property setups

Document processes, conduct software audits, and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in Computer Networking, Information Systems Technology, Cybersecurity, Programming, or related field, or equivalent experience

2+ years of professional experience in technology operations or service

Experience with software implementation, configuration, and project management

Familiarity with hotel, multi-family, or property management software is preferred

Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
