Remote Sales Representative PEMB / Metal Building Systems
A respected leader in the pre-engineered metal building industry is seeking an established Sales Representative to expand business throughout the Southeast U.S. This remote role offers strong earning potential, flexibility, and the opportunity to represent a trusted name known for delivering quality metal building systems and long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do :
Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, builders, and end users across the Southeast region.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the PEMB market.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical information to clients.
Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and new project opportunities.
What You Bring :
Proven success in Pre-Engineered Metal Building sales (minimum 35 years).
Established network within the commercial and industrial construction sectors.
Strong technical understanding of PEMB design, fabrication, and erection.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven and organized, with the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
Compensation & Benefits :
Base Salary : $65,000 $85,000 (DOE)
Commissions : Uncapped, performance-based
