A company is looking for a Hiring Request Coordinator to support hiring operations through a web-based request tool.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and offer requests submitted through a web-based tool
Process PCN assignments and support cost center updates and manager changes
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure accuracy in hiring data
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
Familiarity with hiring processes and internal systems such as iCIMS
Ability to interpret requests and identify business needs
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Proactive team player with a focus on accuracy
