A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls daily and determine customer assistance needs
Document customer information and assist with appointment scheduling by contacting care providers
Research complex issues and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
