Description

The Client Relationship Representative (CRR) II manages complex and strategic customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and the face of Purolator International for assigned clients. This role requires deep knowledge of internal processes, workflows, customer contracts, escalation procedures, quoting, and billing.

As a subject matter expert, the CRR II mentors' new representatives support CRR Supervisors, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
