Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated F&A Analyst Co-op to assist in developing Power BI dashboards and supporting forecast updates for senior leader and executive reporting. This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, data visualization, and budgeting processes, providing exposure to how data drives strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development : Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards tailored for senior leader and executive-level reporting.
• Data Integration : Consolidate budget, forecast, and actuals data from multiple sources (ERP systems, spreadsheets, databases) into a unified reporting structure.
• Forecast Process : Support the mid-quarter and quarterly forecast update process, including data collection, validation, and entry into financial systems.
• Financial Analysis : Perform variance analysis, trend identification, and scenario modeling to support strategic planning.
• Data Governance : Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across all dashboards and reports.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and enhance visualization standards.
