Site Supervisor / Center Manager – Sacramento Area (7 Openings)

$85K–$100K + Bonus | Multiple Locations | Full Relocation Available

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed PT or OT (or eligibility)

Prior leadership / supervisory experience in healthcare

Strong communication and organizational skills

Requirements

Active or Expired (able to be renewed) PT License

Previous experience in physical therapy or occupational therapy settings

Proven management or supervisory experience

Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, financial management, and operational efficiency

Proficiency in Windows-based applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities

Strong time management and planning skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Exceptional judgment in patient care and team supervision
