Opportunity :

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Dermatology

Job Details :

• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills while working independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide comprehensive dermatological care with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention
• Manage a wide scope of diagnoses including acne, eczema, hair loss, lesions / spot checks, psoriasis, rashes, skin cancer, and warts
• Perform 8-10 minor procedures daily including biopsies, injections, cryotherapy, and excisions
• See approximately 14-15 patients per day
• Work Monday through Friday from 7 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm
• Collaborate with a team of Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physicians, and support staff
• Maintain high level of customer service to establish positive relationships with patients and colleagues
• Must have Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Dermatology care preferred
• Maintain current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota
• Maintain current CPR certification or complete BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Successfully complete credentialing process prior to practice
• May be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
