Position Summary : Are you a natural leader ready to take the next step in your career? Auto-Chlor Systems is seeking a Branch Manager Traineea hands-on, "manager in training" role for a leader who is ready to grow into a full Branch Manager. You will oversee a small team of 3 employees, coordinate service and time installations, train and develop your team, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service every day. This is an exciting opportunity to build your leadership skills with a clear progression plan toward a full Branch Manager role.

Compensation : $27 / hour + 5% commission + on-call / overtime (approx. $90K annually)

Key Responsibilities :

• Open the branch and conduct morning huddles to guide the team and review overnight service calls.
• Ensure timely installations for customers and provide hands-on mechanical support as needed.
• Train, coach, and develop route team members to maintain high service standards.
• Cover shifts for employees on vacation or out sick to ensure uninterrupted customer service.
• Support branch operations, including inventory, scheduling, and compliance with safety and company policies.
• Drive sales and service initiatives, contributing to branch profitability.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide hands-on field support when required.
