Job Summary

Join our Design Innovation team where millions find daily inspiration and plan for what matters most, supporting our mission to help users create a life they love. This role requires collaboration with the Prototyping Function Lead to enhance our efforts across proof of concept, high-fidelity and rapid prototyping, developing tooling for Design Team initiatives, and crafting motion prototypes for executive stakeholder validation. You'll be tasked with a blend of engineering and design responsibilities, playing a crucial part in pushing innovative boundaries further.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop proof of concept prototypes to illustrate design concepts and explore technical approaches.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes with live data for user research purposes.
  • Engage in rapid-prototyping to foster design innovation.
  • Develop specific tooling to support the Design Team's initiatives.
  • Execute motion prototypes to secure stakeholder agreement on roadmap decisions.

    • Must-Have Skills

  • Proficient in prototyping tools and methodologies.
  • Strong ability to integrate user research into design processes.
  • Effective collaboration skills across engineering and design disciplines.

    • Industry Experience Required

  • Experience in social media, content discovery, or related digital platform development is preferred.
