Wireless Site Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Wireless Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the Southern California market. This role involves candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting for wireless site projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Select and evaluate candidates for wireless site acquisition
  • Negotiate leases for wireless site locations
  • Manage and submit tower owner applications
  • Oversee zoning and permitting processes
  • Forecast and understand site acquisition processes for new builds and modification projects
  • Handle high-volume, fast-paced modification projects
  • Manage tower owner applications and processes
  • Travel as needed

Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of related experience in wireless site acquisition
  • Experience with new site builds and search rings
  • Proficient in forecasting and understanding SAQ processes for new builds and modification projects
  • Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced modification projects
  • Ability to understand and manage tower owner applications and processes
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Successful completion and passing of all mandatory company certifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain issues clearly and be responsive
  • Must be a US Citizen or able to work for any US employer without Visa sponsorship
