Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager / Market Manager located in Salt Lake City. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, marketing and events in Boston market, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, ensuring retail loss prevention, driving sales and training and development of staff. The Store Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Effective Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Experience in retail management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for dance and a deep understanding of the dance industry is a plus
