Dental Lab CAD / CAM & Implant Manager

Location : Wichita, KS

Job Type : Full-Time (On-site)

Pay : $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Kaylor Dental Lab is excited to add a skilled and motivated CAD / CAM & Implant Manager to our growing team in Wichita, Kansas! This is a full-time, on-site position offering the unique opportunity to lead and shape a start-up department within an established lab. If you're experienced in dental CAD / CAM and implants, and you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the CAD / CAM and Implant department
  • Design, mill, and print dental restorations using 3Shape software
  • Work directly with vendors and clients to ensure quality and satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges as they arise
  • Help fully integrate implant workflows
  • Lead and collaborate with a team of 3–5 technicians
  • Help mold and grow this department into something exceptional

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3–5 years of experience in dental CAD / CAM and implant workflows
  • Strong knowledge of 3Shape design software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with milling and 3D printing equipment
  • Effective communication skills with both clients and internal teams
  • Proven leadership abilities or a desire to grow into a leadership role
  • Passion for quality and innovation in dental technology

    • Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
  • Standard daytime business hours
  • On-site only (not remote)
