Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze sales performance of 5-10 sellers to drive improvements in sales / revenue and productivity
Develop strategies for performance enhancement, including technology needs, workflow design, and training programs
Coach teams through performance management and ensure a team-based environment for customer care
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
5+ years of sales management experience with proven team performance metrics
Experience in closing deals in a fast-paced environment
Background in high-growth, high-velocity organizations
Experience in growing teams and hiring salespeople
