We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our high-performance team specializing in our luxury exotic brands (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and Porsche).
Position Overview
As the Finance Manager for our highline division, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the finance and insurance process for some of the most exclusive vehicles on the market. You will work directly with an affluent clientele, guiding them through vehicle financing, lease options, aftermarket products, and compliance with all federal and state regulations.
This is a highly visible and strategic role, requiring a polished professional with deep F&I knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills, and experience in the highline or luxury automotive segment.
Key Responsibilities
Present and sell finance and lease options tailored to the needs of our clients.
Offer and explain aftermarket products such as extended warranties, protection packages, and insurance offerings.
Secure financing through established lender relationships and maintain compliance with all lending regulations.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with sales staff and OEM representatives.
Stay current with product knowledge, finance programs, compliance laws, and industry best practices.
Deliver an exceptional, luxury level customer experience throughout the F&I process.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive F&I (prior experience in highline or exotic brands preferred).
Proven performance in finance product sales and high PVR (Per Vehicle Retail).
Strong knowledge of automotive finance laws, lender portals, and DMS / CRM systems (Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
High ethical standards and full understanding of regulatory compliance (FTC, CFPB, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
