We are seeking a Skilled Nursing LPN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

DIRECT HIRE POSITION ONLY

RN or LPN

Shift Information : 6 am-6 : 15 pm; 3 shifts per week; every other weekend; every other holiday

Patient Population : Long-term care skilled nursing facility

Work Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility

Required Education : RN or LPN

Required Certifications : RN or LPN

Desired Skills : Assessments, medication administration, wound care / wound vac, ostomy, tube feeding, IVs, catheters

Hiring Wage : $32.00 - $48.00 for RN; $26.00-$36.00 for LPN (depends on years of experience)

Relocation Bonus : None

Sign On Bonus : $20K for full-time RN; $10K for full-time LPN

​Responsibilities :

• Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments
