Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) provides individual, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse treatment needs. Position : Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary : The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care by providing supervision, guidance, and support to licensed therapists, social workers, and clinical support staff. This role promotes clinical excellence, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and supports the professional development of the clinical team to improve client outcomes.
