TFE Properties, LLC is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician with prior experience for our Hampshire Crossing location in Lakewood, New Jersey. The candidate must be well organized, self-motivated and adaptable to changing situations. Must be able to perform all types of maintenance duties for our residents. Valid driver license required, basic computer skills a plus. Full-time position that requires weekends and must be flexible with the work week.

Responsibilities include :

• Performing plumbing, electrical, appliance and mechanical maintenance.
• Fulfill work orders in maintaining the exterior and all common areas of the property (Lighting, walkways, fitness centers, storage, parking, landscaping, etc.).
• Prepare units for move-in, including but not limited to, punch-out lists, painting, cleaning and any other necessary work.
• Minor cleaning of work and common areas as needed.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude to residents, potential residents and vendors.
• Respond to resident’s requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
