Direct Counsel is seeking an International Trade Attorney with experience in customs and import control matters to join a reputable law firm’s Business Practice. This partner-level role provides the opportunity to advise on complex international transactions and collaborate closely with industry-leading clients in global trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on customs and import control matters, including tariff classification, valuation, transfer pricing, audits, forced labor compliance, and enforcement of antidumping and countervailing duty orders
- Counsel clients on international trade regulations and compliance with trade agreements
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm’s six offices to deliver high-quality client service
