Overview

Role focused on KTLO for Merge PACS with PowerScribe One, Fuji Synapse and PowerScribe 360. The position involves troubleshooting ServiceNow incidents and handling requests with SMEs for these applications to support Project PaSSPort tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to provide updates on operational status for the applicable applications.
  • Collaborate with vendors on migration clean-up (e.g., duplicate studies) and open cases with application vendors when resolution is needed.
  • Triages Imaging Informatics tickets in ServiceNow throughout the day.
  • Attend team huddles and operational meetings as required.
  • Work on current tickets such as pulling images from VNA to Merge PACS and investigating why a report is not final in Epic.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in application support (L1, L2).
  • Strong experience in the DICOM imaging domain.
