We are looking for a Sales Associate at our store in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have prior Customer Service experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. The Sales Associate will have a working knowledge of all things UNTUCKit, along with a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Assess customers needs and provide information on our products, features and benefits

Create a fun, relaxed environment for customers to feel comfortable shopping

Actively maintain a tidy sales floor and stockroom

Be a self-starter when doing tasks

Juggle multiple customers at a time

A team player who possesses the ability to work together in a learning culture

Be a vital part of brand decisions with customer feedback and observations
