Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Provide leadership for 7 - 12 assigned site security officers

Become proficient with the company security workforce management system

Train and assist security officers in the performance of their duties

Make sure each officer is on site and performing properly

Ensure all assigned security officers comply with the company's COVID-19 policies and procedures

Inspect officers' uniforms and ensure all assigned equipment is in good working order

Ensure that post orders are on the site and available for assigned officers

Available to work all three shifts as needed

Work directly with the Account Manager and the watch commanders to ensure all post assignments are covered

Provide Account Manager and W / C information necessary to update the company security workforce management system

Complete supervisor log, as well as all required reports : inspection, activity and incidents

Work directly with the Account Manager and water commanders to ensure that overtime does not exceed 2.5% of assigned work hours for assigned site
