Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Pain Medicine Active FL medical license (or ability to obtain) Experience with interventional procedures in pain management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare team members Willingness to collaborate with two nurse practitioners who manage the medical side of patient care Ability to work four half-days per week in the surgery center and six half-days per week in the clinic Strong interest in ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) ownership after two years Dedication to providing high-quality, compassionate care Benefits Base Salary : DOE Bonus Structure : Base on collections Vacation / CME : 4 weeks combined vacation and CME time Sign-On Bonus / Moving Expenses : $25,000 combined sign-on bonus and moving expenses offered Insurance : Health, vision, and dental insurance options 401(k) Plan Earnings Potential : Extremely high earning with ownership opportunity in the ASC Join our team and be part of a thriving practice where your skills and expertise will be valued.
