As a Project Process Engineer, y ou'll be the driving force behind our continuous improvement initiatives, leading critical projects and optimizing production processes. SCOPE
Project Management :
- Lead engineering projects, including equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and new product introductions.
- Define project scope, develop schedules, and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Process Optimization :
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Monitor production systems to identify and address inefficiencies or bottlenecks.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent production outcomes.Equipment and Maintenance :
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.Quality and Safety :
Ensure all processes comply with safety and environmental regulations.Support quality assurance initiatives to maintain product standards and certifications.Data Analysis and Reporting :
Collect and analyze process data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering disciplines.5+ years of experience in process engineering or project management in a chemical production manufacturing environment.Proficient in problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Experience with pearlescent pigment production or similar chemical manufacturing processes.Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.Physical Requirements :
