This role oversees the day-to-day functions across departments, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a high standard of service. With a focus on strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, the Operations Manager plays a key role in driving performance, maintaining compliance, and supporting a strong, customer-focused culture.
Main Job Responsibilities :
Oversee daily HVAC operations to ensure smooth efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfactionLead and support team performance, training, scheduling, and dispatch coordinationManage budgets, payroll, reporting, and assist with collections and A / R processesEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policiesMonitor KPI's, review job progress, and drive continuous process improvementCoordinate fleet maintenance, warehouse staging, and inventory controlHandle customer communication and resolve service issues as neededPerform additional duties as requiredWork Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm
Compensation : On-target earnings of $120,000 annually, base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities
Desired Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field ; MBA is a plusProven experience in operations management , including profit & loss responsibilityExperience in the trade sector (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is preferredStrong strategic planning and business development skillsExcellent leadership abilities with a focus on supervising teams effectivelyDemonstrated expertise in process improvement and project managementAbility to drive sales growth through operational excellenceProficiency in MS OfficeExceptional communication & interpersonal skillsExperience with service management software (e.g. Service Titan) is a plus
