Job Title : Front Desk Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Lead to join our team. The Front Desk Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of front desk agents.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to all guests
- Manage a team of front desk agents, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train new front desk agents on company policies and procedures
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and room availability
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations as needed
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Built staff schedule and ensure housekeeping is given proper information and is on schedule and help them as needed.
- Respond to email and reviews by the guest
- Help with laundry and ensure we have proper inventory on hand
- Help with take reservation for the restaurant
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements : Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferredMinimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or guest services role or at least 1 year in a lead capacity is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management softwareFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as neededIf you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Front Desk Lead.
