We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with 3 5 years of hands-on experience in personal injury, bankruptcy and probate. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys with heavy file review, case organization, and litigation support
- Draft and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and settlement packages
- Request, track, and summarize medical records and bills
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files using case management software
- Communicate professionally with clients, providers, insurance companies, and court staff
- Support case preparation for demand packages, mediations, and depositions
- Calendar deadlines and ensure all filings are timely and accurate
