Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Sign-on Bonus!

Aristos Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist the DON with overseeing the nursing department. This person should have experience in long-term care and managing others. The right candidate will be able to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the DON in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations

Participate in audits, surveys and QAPI activities

Monitor clinical systems and ensure appropriate follow up as necessary

Develop, update and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with the IDT

Monitor for changes in resident condition that may require significant change assessments

Attend care plan meetings and communicate with residents and families as appropriate regarding care planning

Qualifications :

Current licensed nurse, RN or LPN

Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in LTC

Experience in a management role preferred

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail
