An established healthcare organization in NY is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join one of their outpatient facilities on Long Island.

Schedule : Monday to Friday
Hours : Standard Business
Setting : Outpatient / FQHC
Patient Population : All ages

Qualifications :

Primary Care experience

Bachelor's and / or Master's Degree in Nursing

NYS licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and / or Physician Assistant (PA)
