Description :
We are seeking candidates with assembly experience, particularly focused on paint application and touch-up. The role involves applying chemical coatings to assemblies in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment with minimal supervision. Candidates must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be comfortable using a computer to communicate with the team. The ideal candidate will have experience with precision application of coatings or paint, accurately masking "keep-out" zones on small assemblies, following written instructions, interpreting assembly drawings, and working independently. Clear written and oral communication skills are essential to share information effectively with team members. The candidate will be expected to meet factory targets related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Role : Paint Shop Operator
Responsibilities :
Use hand and power tools, jigs, masking aids, media blaster, and saws
Prepare surfaces of machined and sheet metal parts for painting by cleaning, stripping, abrading, sanding, masking, and stenciling
Unmask and touch up products with paint or enamel as required
Read and understand blueprints and process sheets to finish products where thickness and dimension tolerances are critical
Use measurement tools such as scales, micrometers, and calipers
Follow PPE requirements (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection)
Perform tasks requiring sitting comfortably for long periods while meeting quality and rate goals
Skills Required :
Proficiency with hand and power tools, jigs, masking aids, media blaster, and saws
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and process sheets
Precision in masking "keep-out" zones on small assemblies
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office suite
Experience Required :
Minimum two (2) years of High School or Trade School education
Education Required :
Two (2) years of High School or Trade School education
