Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Missouri City, Texas. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
- Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
- Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize various physical therapy equipment and modalities
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Participate in regular team meetings and care planning sessions
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institutionCurrent Texas state physical therapy licenseValid BLS / CPR certificationStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniquesProficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercisesExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsExcellent assessment and diagnostic skillsStrong documentation and communication abilitiesDemonstrated experience in developing individualized treatment plansAbility to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environmentPhysical stamina to assist patients with exercises and movementsCommitment to continuing education and professional developmentAdditional Information
