• Create and maintain detailed mechanical drawings and schematics for electrical distribution equipment.
• Develop and maintain bill of materials (BOM) structures for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the accuracy of design and manufacturing documentation.
• Create and maintain engineering change requests and update documentation accordingly.
• Support production and quality assurance activities by providing technical guidance and answering questions.
• Manage document control processes, including revision control and document distribution.
• Assist with the preparation of production process instructions and work instructions.Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Drafter / Designer
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks or Pro / Engineer
