We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service operations, leading a team of service professionals, and implementing strategies to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, train, and mentor service staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve customer experience.
• Monitor service metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Skills & Qualifications
