Texas Executive Director

A company is looking for an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for its initiatives in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Lead national expansion and oversee Civic Activation programming

Develop and implement strategies to grow grassroots membership and local initiatives

Manage fundraising efforts and build a high-performing team

Required Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles within mission-driven organizations

Deep knowledge of the political and social landscape in Texas and nationally

Experience in building and scaling programs from the ground up

Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder coordination

Experience with fundraising and establishing strategic partnerships
