Near Summertown, Tennessee

• Start Date

Immediate, ongoing through 2025

• Schedule

Clinic hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

• Hospital coverage : 24 / 7 availability
• Call : Yes, including nights and weekends
• Patient Load

Clinic : Approximately 8 patients per day

• Hospital : 1-3 patients per shift
• Age Range : Pediatric patients (0-18 years)

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide both inpatient and outpatient pediatric surgical care
• Cover scheduled clinical hours plus on-call responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including :

General and laparoscopic surgeries

• Trauma surgeries
• Neonatal and pediatric-specific surgeries such as appendectomy, hernia repairs, and intestinal surgeries
• Collaborate with a supportive team including pediatric anesthesiologists and intensivists

Requirements :

• Board Certification

Required or Board Eligible

• Fellowship

Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Surgery

• Certifications

PALS and BLS required

• Licensing

Must be licensed in Tennessee or eligible for IMLC
