Salesforce Applications Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Applications (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a Salesforce systems analysts team to configure and customize Salesforce

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with Salesforce functionalities

Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other Harmony components and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of experience in business applications management or enterprise systems support

2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration or management

Proven experience leading support for a newly implemented enterprise system (preferred)

Proven experience in enterprise architecture integrations
