Physician Services Group (PSG) is actively seeking a dedicated Physician to join our team providing high-quality care in Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute settings.

Position Type : Full-Time

Base Salary : $270,000 $280,000 (commensurate with experience)

Bonus Structure : Yes

Schedule : Monday Friday Choose your hours

Shift Length : 6 8 hours

Patient Volume : 16 per shift
