Job Summary

Responsible for the collaboration with other facilities staff in managing the day-to-day building operation of a building or group of buildings. Performs specialized, diverse work activities and coordinates solutions, supporting the operations, maintenance, repair, upkeep, inventory tracking, and refurbishing activities related to the physical environment and building systems. Essential Functions

• Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs
• Managing and directing cleaning and security staff and activities
• Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures
• Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors
• Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets
• Negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers
• Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports
• Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's Degree Business Management preferred or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Licenses and Credentials : Real Estate / Building Maintenance Experience 3-5 years required and Supervisory / Management Experience 2-3 years required
