Job Summary :

The After School Program Coordinator (ASPC), under the supervision of the UCP After School Program Director, manages all operations of campus after school and summer programs, including 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC), and After School Enrichment Programming (ASEP)

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with UCP After School Program Director on planning and implementing school year and summer programs, including adult family member events, behavior plans, and day school collaborations
• Coordinate with School Leadership and teachers to support student learning and behavior, discuss issues, challenges, & opportunities for collaboration for student success
• Assist After School Program Director in recruitment of staff and volunteers. Supervise all afterschool staff during program hours. Conduct program orientation & trainings for staff
• Recruit, enroll and retain required student numbers, providing orientation and handbooks to enrolled families; keep student / staff files updated and in compliance
• Provide communication to families regarding information on after school programs.
• Develop & implement system for regular communication with families, including announcements, emergency notifications, and quarterly newsletters
• Collaborate with After School Program Director to ensure that target budget revenue and expense goals are tracked / met.

Collaborate with UCP After School Program Director to ensure all mandated monitoring and compliance including but not limited to :

Oversee staff and students in daily running of after school and summer programming- including but not limited to :

Perform other duties as assigned.
