Pay Rate : $1967.40 - $2168.15

Registered Nurse, OR

Experience : 3 years

Licenses : RN(Compact Accepted)

Certifications : ACLS; BLS

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

Robotic, Neuro, and Ortho experience

Epic EMR proficiency.
