Job Description
Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align on project goals. Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Manage procurement of materials and resources necessary for project execution. Promote continuous improvement and innovation in project processes.
