Our client, National Organization that specializes in systems that are customized for their clients. This HR Generalist will report to the Director of HR. Onsite position - Mercer County, New Jersey

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software -
  • ADP Workforce Now Skillset Required (or similar)
