Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relationsStrong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and HR best practicesExperience with HRIS systemsExceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail, organization, and discretion when handling confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software -ADP Workforce Now Skillset Required (or similar)
