Salary : $115,000–$125,000 + 10% Bonus

Overview

We're looking for a Sr. Data Engineer / Data Architect to join a fast-paced, mid-sized organization where your work will directly impact data strategy and delivery. This is a hybrid role based in North Raleigh, ideal for someone who thrives in smaller, agile teams and wants to help shape the future of data infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Build and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery using Snowflake Fivetran , and SQL
Integrate data from systems like SAP and other enterprise applications
Develop scalable data solutions—not just dashboards—with a focus on data products
Use Power BI to deliver insights to end users
Collaborate across teams to evolve the data platform and support analytics initiatives
Experience with Snowflake, SAP, Fivetran, SQL, AWS, Power BI, APIs
Experience with DevOps, DBT, and GitOps is a plus

Who You Are

A creative problem solver with strong communication skills

Experienced in smaller company environments with a hands-on approach

Comfortable working in a high-change, fast-paced setting

Background in supply chain technology is a big plus

5–7 years of experience in data engineering or architecture
