Job Title : Registered Nurse

Certifications : Stroke CEUs required, Dysrhythmia exam (minimum passing score 82%), Medication exam (minimum passing score 80%)

Must-Have : Epic experience preferred, COVID-19 Vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

Job Description :

• Work on inpatient Medical / Surgical units.
• Shift : 8am - 4pm with one weekend a month.
• Smoke-free facility.
• Compliance document deadline is the Monday before the start date.
• Orientation occurs once a month for inpatient RNs and is non-negotiable.
• Completion of five non-billable hours on modules during orientation and annually; modules vary by specialty.
• Strict policy on exam attempts : Two attempts to pass Dysrhythmia and Medication exams, no third attempt allowed.
• Local radius policy : 75 miles, accepted.
• Complete Stroke CEUs : 5.5 Stroke CEUs and NIH (worth 3 credits) required.
• Shift times are non-negotiable; adherence to schedule is a must.
