You'll provide personalized, in-clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to meet each child's unique needs. Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and Illinois state license in good standingExperience or strong interest in pediatrics, including ADLs, daily routines, play, and feedingAbility to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly; lift up to 45 lbsAdequate vision and hearing for written and verbal communicationComfort working in an environment with moderate noise levelsYour role as an Occupational Therapist
As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will :
Design and administer treatment programs to increase independence in ADLs, routines, play, and feedingMake cross-referrals to other disciplines as neededAddress executive functioning, attention, and fine / gross motor coordinationCreate home programs and coach families to implement themCollaborate with doctors, teachers, and pediatric specialists for coordinated careMaintain detailed progress notes and adjust treatment plans as neededNext steps with North Shore Pediatric Therapy
