Tecolote Research is seeking experienced, highly motivated Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) Financial Management (FM) professionals to join a small, high-performing team at the Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC). Responsibilities

• Provide on-site classified budget execution management and analysis through coordination with organization leadership, project officers, and external partners
• Prepare, coordinate, and transmit funding documents from multiple funding streams and appropriations across numerous partner organizations
• Conduct analysis of program spend plans and component requirements, develop reporting and real-time decision tools, and identify reconciliation recommendations
• Lead recurring reviews of resource utilization to identify, mitigate, and remedy issues that might impact the program's overall objectives
• Draft impact statements for budget shortfalls and / or opportunities to support fiscal-oriented decisions; identify trade-offs within program budget to support must-pays
• Manage collection, validation, and update of financial execution data to budget execution databases and other customized organizational decision-support tools
• Monitor and forecast spending on program-, project-, and component-level in recurring reports; modify database queries and reports to meet analytical demands
• Provide analysis, produce briefing materials, and generate documentation for wide array of projects and contracts to support government clients
• Assist unfunded request (UFR) process with drafting and tracking requirements
• Provide key support in development and implementation of a requirement validation and prioritization process for the program office
• Author memorandums and position papers on a variety of technical, procedural, and policy financial topics for senior-level audience

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, or the sciences.
