The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the manufacturing facility. This role ensures all business, financial, technical, manufacturing and functions of the facility are met. Directs continuous improvement activities and coordinates the development of the facility's people, processes and capabilities. Responsible for oversight of the facility's environmental, health and safety functions. Manages the quality function including compliance with all customer requirements. Ensures the facility reaches performance goals through use of continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all daily operations of the plant to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Develop and implement production schedules, policies, and procedures to optimize performance.
• Monitor production KPIs, efficiency metrics, and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Manage plant budgets, control costs, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Report operational performance and issues to senior leadership team.

Responsibilities :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
